Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original RS Chrono presentation box, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
